As we wrap up 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year that truly defined what it means to be part of the Platinum Cubed (P3) team. This year was marked by meaningful growth, deeper connections, exciting innovation, and countless moments that reminded us why we love what we do.
These themes showed up in how we worked together, how we supported our clients, and how we continued to evolve our approach to building Salesforce solutions that are thoughtful, scalable, and actually get used.
Building Real Connections Beyond the Screen
One of the most resounding highlights of 2025 was our company retreat in Las Vegas. For many team members, it was the first time meeting colleagues in person after months of working together remotely. Bringing the team together strengthened relationships, improved collaboration, and reinforced the people-first culture that underpins our work.
The retreat balanced professional development with meaningful connection. From focused training sessions to shared experiences exploring the city, the time together helped teams build trust in ways that are hard to replicate virtually. And of course, the murder mystery team-building activity stole the show. Watching everyone fully embrace their roles, strategize together, and lean into friendly competition made it an unforgettable experience. It wasn’t just entertaining, it was a powerful reminder of how connected and collaborative our team truly is.
Growing Through Trust and Responsibility
2025 was also a year of professional acceleration. Team members stepped into larger roles, managed more complex projects, and were trusted to lead, all while receiving the support needed to succeed. That balance of autonomy and guidance allowed individuals to build confidence, sharpen their skills, and expand their impact.
From leading discovery calls and managing Business Process Engineering projects end-to-end, to designing thoughtful workflow improvements, our consultants demonstrated how strong operational design paired with Salesforce can drive efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth for our clients.
Learning, Innovating, and Expanding Our Salesforce Expertise
Deepening Salesforce expertise was a recurring theme throughout the year. Team members tackled new challenges, from first-ever integrations connecting external platforms to Salesforce, to hands-on solution design that brought client visions to life. These projects reinforced the importance of strong architecture, detailed planning, and designing with the end user in mind. As our technical depth grew, so did our ability to help clients move beyond quick fixes toward solutions that support sustainable growth.
We were also proud to see the team collaborate on the development and launch of PlatinumAI. From internal collaboration to LinkedIn product announcements presented by leadership, this milestone showcased P3’s commitment to innovation and our ability to help customers envision what’s possible within their Salesforce orgs.
The Power of Fellowship and Mentorship
Our Fellowship Program stood out as one of the most impactful aspects of 2025. Fellows shared how quickly they grew through hands-on experience, mentorship, and encouragement from the P3 team. Whether it was leading a first client call, contributing to major initiatives, or completing complex technical projects, the fellowship provided an environment where learning was accelerated, and confidence flourished.
These experiences didn’t just build stronger consultants and admins; they reinforced the value of investing in people and creating pathways for long-term success.
Learning From the Broader Salesforce Community
Beyond internal growth, 2025 offered opportunities to learn from and contribute to the broader Salesforce community. Events such as Dreamforce, World Tour New York, and Florida Dreamin’ challenged team members to think more strategically about solution design, communication, and leadership.
These experiences helped refine how we approach architecture decisions, stakeholder conversations, and change management. Just as importantly, they reinforced the role community plays in professional growth and continuous improvement.
Looking Ahead to 2026
At its core, 2025 was about connection. Connecting as a team, strengthening relationships with our clients, and engaging more deeply with the broader Salesforce community. It was a year rooted in trust, learning, and collaboration, supported by a team that consistently shows up for each other and for the work.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energized by everything we’ve learned and accomplished together. With a strong foundation and a shared commitment to growth, we are excited to continue building, evolving, and supporting our clients and community in the year ahead. If this year is any indication, the future of Platinum Cubed is bright, and we’re just getting started.
