CHALLENGE
The client needed to streamline and automate their pre-enablement requests and approval
process. The client was searching for a partner that could help automate and standardize
their workflow.

SOLUTION
This engagement involved expediting and scaling the onboarding process for buy-side
entities, enhancing the gathering of pre-enablement information, and improving the routing
and tracking of sell-side request approvals. The goal was to ensure efficient review by
Client Services, automate communication and response processing, and produce daily
reports for each sell-side contact. This comprehensive approach aimed to minimize manual
intervention and enhance overall workflow efficiency.

RESULTS
The Salesforce Experience Cloud portal provides Buy-Side members with a seamless, selfservice
platform to submit and track enablement requests, increasing transparency while
reducing manual effort for internal teams. A streamlined approval process enables secure
file sharing with external members, improving collaboration and strengthening data
management. By automating and standardizing pre-enablement requests and approval
workflows, the solution enhances operational efficiency, drives consistency, and ensures a
more scalable and controlled process.
